Data Analysis

Evidence-based research means that the information you base on to make decisions about your service and/or product hinges on sound research - not opinion - making use of scientific data, valid results and reputable studies.

 

You are interested in whether your service and/or product is related to a certain outcome x and/or shows effectiveness. For this you need innovative research, at the heart of exploration and discovery. There are many forms of research. The most common forms of evaluation of effectiveness are statistical, quantitative (number-driven) analyses based on proper research designs, driven by critical analysis and intellectual curiosity.

We at evidence it  seek to understand your business (service or product), discuss with you your objectives and offer you creative ways on how you can quantitatively and tangibly measure and evaluate the value of your service/ product. The study design process can be divided into several phases:

Phase 1 is based on understanding your service/ product properly. We explore with you research possibilities, drawing from experience in data analysis. This will open up new perspectives you have not considered previously. This phase forms the foundation to the understanding on why and how exactly we conduct your research. Obtain an initial outline on the research overview. We will discuss with you what research potentials exist in your business and generate outcome variables for you that are worth exploring, relevant to your  business and objectives.

Phase 2 is the actual data collection phase. This can range from online surveys collecting self-report constructs (most efficient and cost-effective option that can be incorporated into your day-to-day business) to observational data points assessed by researchers (researcher). Based on your needs this can be based on naturalistic or experimental research designs. If you already hold data, then this phase can be omitted.

Phase 3 is the analytical stage. Once the data is collected, appropriate statistical analyses

will be conducted to answer our research questions of interest and the findings will be presented to you step-by-step and interpreted in lay people's terms. This stage gives rise to understanding of your product or service and possible modification aspects or potentially to other research questions. It is from these findings that you are able to market the effectiveness and value of your service/ product to your clients.
